We went up to see my family this year for the 4th of July. We went up to Aurora on Kade's birthday, and Aurora puts on their own celebration every year on the 3rd. Seriously so much fun, this will be a new tradition. The fire department puts on dinner, and has singing and live music going on. It's at the park, and you have so many rides for kids. The boys loved it, and it ended up being a great way to celebrate Kade's birthday.

Then the 4th of July in Richfield. It doesn't get any better than this folks. I think everyone who grew up there still comes back for the 4th. The place is nuts. It's the parade, they throw out candy, everyone meets at the park, have lunch. That was pretty much our day.
