We started out our Christmas by going up to my parents house in Aurora Utah, and having a family party on Dec 22. My family gets together as everyone, maybe once a year, so I was so excited to see my siblings. Well it turned out Topher and Whitney couldn't get work off so my whole family was not together but we still had a fun time.
We went sledding up in the hills behind my Mom's house. This was Crew's first time in the snow! First time sledding. It made it feel more like Christmas going and playing in the snow for the day.
Crew looked like a big blue marshmallow!!
We let him go down a small hill by himself like this...
Me and my sexy hubby!
Jason and Crew
Brooklyn, a pink marshmallow!
David and Boston
Dan and Carolyn, Kamryn and Michael in the background.
Boston was fearless... He wrecked so many times but he would get right back up!
JJ just being silly in the snow.
After we went sledding we went home and got ready for family pictures. My cousin Lana came and took a few pictures for us.
I love how our pictures turned out, just wish Toph and Whitney could have been in them!
After freezing our booties off we went home and my Mom had made an amazing prime rib dinner, then we opened gifts. This is Crew opening his first present. He was more excited over the paper than the actual gifts.
On Christmas morning Jason and I woke up and did our own little Christmas. Jason made me homemade buttermilk waffles and apricot syrup. I love breakfast, wish my hubby loved it too!
This is what Santa brought Crew this year... a little "Lightning McQueen" rocker!
We went over to his parents home and opened gifts with his family, then Linda made a yummy dinner for everyone. We did a family picture with the Trask's too!
Crew loves the camera! He gets that from his Dad. He smiled perfectly in all his pictures!
Just a few candid shots from Christmas Day...
Grandma Trask holding Crew face!
Bailee holding a little puppy!
Papa Trask with Eva, she is such a doll face! Papa Trask is such a good "Papa" all the grandkids want to be with him!
This picture doesn't do it justice. Jason and his Dad made these 3D snowflakes and had them hanging from the ceiling. So fun.
It was a very good Christmas, being with our families. We are extremely blessed. We are so looking forward to the new year!
